PNG 789 OFWs from Libya to be redeployed, 39 hired in PNGLabor chief Rosalinda Dimapilis-Baldoz said 789 overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) are to be redeployed abroad after being displaced due to the civil strife in Libya, while 39 others have already found new employment in Papua New Guinea (PNG).

According to a Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) press release, Baldoz received the re-deployment plans of four licensed overseas recruitment agencies (LRAs) whose workers have been repatriated because of the strife. Read more
