Many of Rose’s patients were planning to travel abroad but had no concise source of travel health information to take along with them. Australia removes building, manufacturing jobs from priority list

Remittance growth slows to less than 1% in Jan

The growth in remittances from overseas Filipinos slowed down to less than 1% in January 2009 compared with a 15% increase in January 2008.
Latest figures from the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) showed remittances coursed through banks reached $1.3 billion in January this year. Read more
